Bardeen\uff0c1908\u5e745\u670823\u65e5\uff0d1991\u5e741\u670830\u65e5\uff09\uff0c\u7f8e\u570b\u7269\u7406\u5b78\u5bb6\uff0c\u56e0\u767c\u660e\u96fb\u6676\u9ad4\u53ca\u5176\u76f8\u95dc\u6548\u61c9\uff1b\u8d85\u5c0e\u7684BCS\u7406\u8ad6\u5206\u5225\u57281956\u5e74\u30011972\u5e74\u5169\u6b21\u7372\u5f97\u8afe\u8c9d\u723e\u7269\u7406\u5b78\u734e\u3002<\/h4>\n<h4>\u5df4\u4e011908\u5e74\u51fa\u751f\u65bc\u7f8e\u570b\u5a01\u65af\u5eb7\u661f\u5dde\u7684\u9ea5\u8fea\u905c\uff0c1923\u5e74\u9032\u5165\u5a01\u65af\u5eb7\u661f\u5927\u5b78\u9ea5\u8fea\u905c\u5206\u6821\u96fb\u6a5f\u5de5\u7a0b\u7cfb\u5b78\u7fd2\uff0c<br \/>\n1928\u5e74\u53d6\u5f97\u5b78\u58eb\u5b78\u4f4d\uff0c1929\u5e74\u53d6\u5f97\u78a9\u58eb\u5b78\u4f4d\u3002\u7562\u696d\u5f8c\u5df4\u4e01\u7559\u6821\u64d4\u4efb\u96fb\u6a5f\u5de5\u7a0b\u7814\u7a76\u52a9\u7406\u30021930\u5e74\u52301933\u5e74\u671f\u9593\uff0c\u5df4\u4e01\u5728\u5339\u8332\u5821\u6d77\u7063\u5be6\u9a57\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u5f9e\u4e8b\u5730\u7403\u78c1\u5834\u53ca\u91cd\u529b\u5834\u52d8\u6e2c\u65b9\u6cd5\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u30021933\u5e74\u5df4\u4e01\u9032\u5165\u666e\u6797\u65af\u9813\u5927\u5b78\uff0c\u5728\u5c24\u91d1\u00b7\u7dad\u683c\u7d0d\u7684\u6307\u5c0e\u4e0b\u7814\u7a76\u56fa\u9ad4\u7269\u7406\u5b78\u30021935\u5e74\u52301938\u5e74\u671f\u9593\u4efb\u54c8\u4f5b\u5927\u5b78\u7814\u7a76\u54e1\uff0c\u4e26\u65bc1936\u5e74\u7372\u5f97\u666e\u6797\u65af\u9813\u5927\u5b78\u535a\u58eb\u5b78\u4f4d\u30021938\u5e74\u52301941\u5e74\u9593\uff0c\u5df4\u4e01\u64d4\u4efb\u660e\u5c3c\u8607\u9054\u5927\u5b78\u52a9\u7406\u6559\u6388\uff0c1941\u5e74\u52301945\u5e74\u5728\u83ef\u76db\u9813\u6d77\u8ecd\u8ecd\u68b0\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c1945\u5e74\u52301951\u5e74\u5728\u8c9d\u723e\u96fb\u8a71\u516c\u53f8\u5be6\u9a57\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u7814\u7a76\u534a\u5c0e\u9ad4\u53ca\u91d1\u5c6c\u7684\u5c0e\u96fb\u6a5f\u5236\u3001\u534a\u5c0e\u9ad4\u8868\u9762\u6027\u80fd\u7b49\u554f\u984c\u30021947\u5e74\u548c\u540c\u4e8b\u6c83\u723e\u7279\u00b7\u5e03\u5587\u9813\u767c\u660e\u4e86\u534a\u5c0e\u9ad4\u4e09\u6975\u9ad4\uff08\u96d9\u6975\u6027\u96fb\u6676\u9ad4\uff09\uff0c\u4e00\u500b\u6708\u5f8c\uff0c\u8096\u514b\u5229\u767c\u660e\u4e86PN\u7d50\u96fb\u6676\u9ad4\uff0c\u4e09\u4eba\u56e0\u767c\u73fe\u96fb\u6676\u9ad4\u6548\u61c9\u5171\u540c\u7372\u5f971956\u5e74\u8afe\u8c9d\u723e\u7269\u7406\u5b78\u734e\u3002<\/h4>\n<h4>\u00a0 \u00a0 1951\u5e74\uff0c\u7d04\u7ff0\u00b7\u5df4\u4e01\u7531\u65bc\u548c\u8096\u514b\u5229\u4e0d\u5408\uff0c\u96e2\u958b\u8c9d\u723e\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\uff0c\u5230\u4f0a\u5229\u8afe\u5927\u5b78\u9999\u6ab3\u5206\u6821\u4efb\u6559\u30021950\u5e74\u4ee3\u65e9\u671f\uff0c\u5df4\u4e01\u5c31\u5df2\u7d93\u958b\u59cb\u8003\u616e\u8d85\u5c0e\u96fb\u6027\u7684\u554f\u984c\u3002\u4ed6\u610f\u8b58\u5230\u96fb\u5b50\u8207\u8072\u5b50\u7684\u76f8\u4e92\u4f5c\u7528\u662f\u89e3\u6c7a\u554f\u984c\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u30021953\u5e74\uff0c\u7d04\u7ff0\u00b7\u65bd\u91cc\u5f17\u4f86\u5230\u4f0a\u5229\u8afe\u5927\u5b78\uff0c\u5728\u5df4\u4e01\u7684\u6307\u5c0e\u4e0b\u653b\u8b80\u7269\u7406\u5b78\u535a\u58eb\u5b78\u4f4d\uff0c\u4e26\u9078\u64c7\u8d85\u5c0e\u554f\u984c\u4f5c\u70ba\u535a\u58eb\u8ad6\u6587\u984c\u76ee\u3002\u5728\u666e\u6797\u65af\u9813\u9ad8\u7b49\u7814\u7a76\u9662\u7684\u694a\u632f\u5be7\u63a8\u85a6\u4e0b\uff0c\u525b\u5f9e\u54e5\u502b\u6bd4\u4e9e\u5927\u5b78\u7372\u5f97\u535a\u58eb\u5b78\u4f4d\u4e0d\u4e45\u7684\u5229\u6602\u00b7\u5eab\u73c0\u958b\u59cb\u8207\u5df4\u4e01\u548c\u65bd\u91cc\u5f17\u9032\u884c\u5408\u4f5c\u30021957\u5e74\uff0c\u5df4\u4e01\u548c\u5eab\u73c0\u3001\u65bd\u91cc\u5f17\u5171\u540c\u5275\u7acb\u4e86BCS\u7406\u8ad6\uff0c\u5c0d\u8d85\u5c0e\u96fb\u6027\u505a\u51fa\u4e86\u5408\u7406\u7684\u89e3\u91cb\u3002\u4ed6\u5011\u4e09\u4eba\u4e5f\u56e0\u6b64\u7372\u5f971972\u5e74\u8afe\u8c9d\u723e\u7269\u7406\u5b78\u734e\u3002<\/h4>\n<h4>\u00a0
